TIFD limits access to personal, service, financial, and case information according to role, operational need, applicable law, and company policy.
Public website privacy
Information submitted through the public website should be limited to what is needed for the inquiry. Sensitive records, identification, Social Security numbers, medical information, payment information, and legal authorizations should be uploaded only through a TIFD-approved secure portal or delivered by an approved method.
Case confidentiality
Case information is intended for authorized family representatives, assigned licensed professionals, approved service providers, and TIFD personnel whose work requires access. Portal access is separated by role and should not be shared.
Guestbook and obituary information
Obituary information is published at the direction of an authorized family representative. Guestbook messages and photographs may be reviewed before publication. Families may contact TIFD to request a correction or moderation review.
